Zepbound KwikPen is the newest option for injecting Zepbound (tirzepatide). The Zepbound KwikPen is a multi-dose prefilled pen that is meant for use by a single patient only. Each pen contains 4 fixed doses which are given as one dose injected subcutaneously (under the skin) once weekly. After the 4th dose is administered, the pen and any unused medicine should be discarded as recommended.

- Share their pen with other people even if the needle is changed.
- Transfer any left-over medicine into a syringe.
